How long does delivery take?

Orders dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery across India takes 3–5 business days. Metros often receive orders in 2–3 days.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available across most Indian PIN codes. Please record an unboxing video — it is required for any return or exchange claims.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Returns accepted within 7 days for unopened, sealed products. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours with your unboxing video. Opened/used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene.
